For the safety of all our customers and staff, large furniture donations are accepted by appointment only, Monday- Saturday 4-5pm at our Avenue Farm Furniture Store. This is organised in 15 minute slots. On receipt of your enquiry, a member of the team will be in touch with you to organise a suitable appointment time.

Any Item(s) for collection must be on the ground floor for our collection service.
For the safety of our drivers and donors, our standard policy during COVID-19 is that we will be operating zero contact collections. Where possible our team will not enter your property to collect furniture and will co-ordinate with you to collect any donations from outside or garage locations.
If you are unable to move the item as you live alone or don’t have the ability to, please indicate this below and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss this with you.
